The Bayambang Public Employment Service Office (PESO) staged the first-ever free orientation on Korean Language Training Course last January 17 at the Municipal Covered Court. The project was in collaboration with the KRT International Training Center, which has a branch in Bayambang.

The training aimed to provide free orientation on Korean language training course to Bayambangueños who are interested to apply as factory workers in Korea. Companies there require foreign workers to learn their language and pass the language proficiency test.
According to the KRT trainor, the typical salary of a factory worker in Korea ranges from P50,000 to P60,000.
On the same day at the same venue, the PESO also held a recruitment activity sponsored by Magic Appliance Center, which is currently looking to fill the following vacancies: MT-Sales Supervisor, Sales Assistant, Counter Staff, Inventory Staff, Product Specialist, Utility/Assembler, and Utility/Driver/Warehouseman.(Bayambang PIO/Media Affairs Office)
