The Bayambang Poverty Reduction Plan team led by Atty. Rodelynn Rajini A. Sagarino apprised the town on the team’s accomplishments during a meeting held August 14 at the Municipal Conference Room.
Among their recently held activities were the Youth Summit, Farmers’ Summit, marking of the National Disability Prevention and Rehabilitation Week, consultation meetings with the 10 barangays with the highest number of poor households, survey of livelihood trainings offered at Kasama Kita sa Barangay Foundation, and many others.
The meeting gathered all officers and members of the Bayambang Anti-Poverty Council led by Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, all department heads, national agencies including DSWD, and various representatives from the private sector.
Mayor Quiambao commended the work of the BPRP Team, particularly their detailed reports and finely crafted videos.
