Some 4Ps members who have undergone training in dressmaking are now selling quality bags and rags.
Kasama Kita sa Barangay Foundation General Manager Levin N. Uy and Department of Social Welfare and Development Region I Project Development Officer for Sustainable Livelihood Program Ayen Sison announced the good news after Monday’s flag ceremony.
The new entrepreneurs led by Salvacion Sernadilla proudly showed their products in front of municipal officials and employees, who quickly snapped up all the items.
Each school bag/backpack is being sold for P350, while rags sell for P5 each. Eco-bags are also available at P170 each.
The group said they are still looking for a place from which to sell their products.
