In support to the 2017 WORLD WATER DAY celebration, all Municipality / City  Mayors are hereby encouraged to join and participate in the River / Estero Clean-up Activity in their respective jurisdiction and further request to document the said event and submit the same to PENRO Dagupan City for their compilation and submission to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources Central Office.
