Bayambang LGU employees will complete in the 2016 Sportsfest on October 28-29 (Friday and Saturday) at the Municipal Covered Court and other selected venues.

The participants will assemble at the Covered Court at 6 am, then there will be a parade starting at 6:30am which will commence at the same venue.

Back at the Court, there will be a short program starting at 8 am. Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao will lead the torch lighting ceremony. After the program, a cheer-dancing competition will follow at 9 am.

Starting at 12:00 noon, eight teams will begin competing in the following games:

BASKETBALL (men; @Covered Court)
VOLLEYBALL (women; @BNHS/PSU)
TABLE TENNIS (men and women; @ stage of Covered Court)
CHESS (men and women; @Mayor’s Conference Room)
BADMINTON (PSU)
PARLOR GAMES (front of Municipal Hall)

At 7:00 pm, eight straight men will join in a fun beauty pageant titled “Ms. LGU Barako.” Venue will be at the Covered Court.

The championship games will be held on the next day, Saturday, at 8 am, then the awarding ceremony will be at 4 pm – with both events to be held at the Covered Court.
