“Maraming salamat Mayor Cezar Quiambao at sa bayan ng Bayambang.”

These were the words of Danilo Corpuz, Chief Probation and Parole Administration (PPA) Officer of San Carlos City, as he expressed his utmost appreciation for the hospitality of Bayambang Municipal Government and its Chief Executive for hosting their Therapeutic Community Ladderized Program today, September 21, 2016.

Corpuz, who was in awe upon arriving at the venue, which was located at 3rd Floor, Royal Mall, Bayambang, said, “Hindi ko ine-expect na sa ganito kaganda at kapreparado na venue ang ibibigay sa amin ni Mayor,” referring to the well-equipped venue for the program consisting of heavy-duty electric fans, sound system and a large screen for audio-visual presentation.

The said program aims to help people reform and boost their self-confidence, to promote human and social transformation among the participants.
The 30 participants of the program are under parole and probation. According to Corpuz, this is also one of their ways to help decongest the overcrowded jails in the region.
