An Empowerment and Re-affirmation of Paternal Abilities Training (ERPAT) organized by the DSWD/MSWDO has been held for volunteer fathers in a pilot program in Manambong Sur last June 19 up to June 22.

Funded by LGU-Bayambang, it is a project in partnership with civil society organizations, the Barangay Council of Manambong Sur, ERPAT Bayambang Chapter, and DSWD Field Office 1.
