Officers of the Japanese firm International Wiring Systems (Phils.) Corp. came over to Bayambang on May 10 to explore possibilities of investing on a manufacturing plant in the town’s proposed economic zone.
In the absence of Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, they were welcomed by Chief of Staff Raymundo B. Bautista Jr.
Senior Tourism Officer Rafael L. Saygo, and Municipal Planning and Development Officer Ma-lene S. Torio took turns in introducing Bayambang to the visitors using official facts and figures.
