Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao was the special guest during the blessing and opening of the newly constructed barangay hall of Zone V on April 25. Welcoming him was Brgy. Zone V Punong Barangay Dominador Flores together with members of his Barangay Council. Fr. Allen Romero led the blessing ceremony.
