Noong August 7, ginanap ang isa pang public hearing sa Events Center ukol sa “Ordinance to Strengthen Implementation of Quarantine and Health Safety Protocols in Times of Public Health Emergency or Pandemic” at “Ordinance Prohibiting All Kinds of Animals to Wander in Public and Private Streets, Plazas, Parks in the Municipality of Bayambang and Providing Penalties for Violations Thereof and for Other Purposes.” Ang mga ito ay para sa kaligtasan ng mga Bayambangueño.
