Kal-El Hezekiah Balladares emerged as the grand winner of the first-ever Bayambang’s Cutest Baby 2017 held at the Municipal Events Center (formerly Municipal Covered Court) last April 2.

Kal-El is the 20 month-old baby of Public Safety and Order Office Traffic Enforcer Emerson and Kezia May Balladares.

His first name may come off as a curious one, and according to his parents, Kal-El was derived from the Planet Krypton name of Superman.

The Balladares took home P10,000 in cash.
