LGU-Bayambang, Perfect Scorer Again in 2019 ADAC Awards

Atty. Raymundo B. Bautista Jr., Municipal Administrator, and Hon. Rodelito Bautista, President of Liga ng mga Barangay, received during the 2019 National Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Awarding Ceremony held at the Manila Hotel on December 16, 2019 two recognitions for the Local Government of Bayambang under the great leadership of Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao and Vice-Mayor Raul R. Sabangan.

LGU-Bayambang received recognition “for its exemplary efforts in the performance of its duties in complementing the national government’s anti-illegal drug campaign, and in garnering a score of 100 functionality points during the conduct of 2018 ADAC Performance Audit.” In the ADAC Awards, a perfect score means fulfilling all of the following indicators: Creation/Reorganization of ADAC (10 points), Implementation of Plans and Programs (40 points), Allocation of Substantial Amount (15 points), Support to Component ADACs (20 points), Conduct of Quarterly Meetings (10 points), and Innovations (5 points).

Likewise, a Certificate of Recognition was received by the LGU in recognition of its barangays’ exemplary efforts in the performance of its duties, complementing the national government’s anti-illegal drug campaign, resulting in having Moderately to Highly Functional Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils.
