Mayor Cezar Quiambao handed over the first land title to one of the claimants of the local government’s Magsaysay property, in a simple ceremony at the Mayor’s Office on November 15.

Arnold Jhay I. de Vera, accompanied by a relative, joyfully received his title in the presence of Municipal Chief of Staff and Legal Officer, Atty. Raymundo B. Bautista, Municipal Treasurer Luisita Danan, and Municipal Assessor Annie de Leon.
