Another LGU employee exhibited remarkable honesty after returning an expensive pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses to its rightful owner. Jay-R Sabangan, who is a part of the General Services Office under Ms. Chinita de Vera, found the item belonging to a Pag-ibig Fund employee who left it during a meeting at the Municipal Hall. He was awarded with a Certificate of Recognition during the weekly flag ceremony of LGU Bayambang on September 24 which stated that his extraordinary act of kindness and honesty “boosted the image and pride of the Local Government Unit of Bayambang.”
