Members of the Local Council of Women-Bayambang attended Gayak Pangasinan 2.0 – Women Leaders for a Cause, a social event organized by LCW-Pangasinan Chapter and held at the Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, April 23, 2018. The event was aimed at benefiting efforts of women empowerment, particularly economic empowerment, in the province.

Dressed up according to the ’70s and ’80s theme chosen for the event, the group led by recently elected LCW-Pangasinan Board Member Gloria DV. Valenzuela won in the costume contest.
