“Let us continue saving lives,” Municipal Legal Officer Atty. Raymundo B. Bautista Jr. said, as he gave a short message during the recently conducted Blood Donation Drive on February 13 at the Balon Bayambang Events Center. And thanks to the efforts of the Local Council of Women of Bayambang, Philippine Red Cross, and RHU I and II, 84 Bayambangueños registered and 59 successfully donated their blood as they try to help those who are in need.

The donors were ushered in and serenaded by the Binibining Bayambang 2018 contestants who were present during the event. As the blood drive came to a close, the wife of the Mayor of Balungao and 5-year Red Cross volunteer Rizza Peralta also offered a song for the donors.
