Thanks to the hard work of the Municipal Ecological Solid Waste Management Office (ESWMO), the Bayambang local government wins the Model LGU Award in the operation of composting facilities for biodegradable waste.

During the most recent Bureau of Soils and Water Management Conference in Clark City, Pampanga, the ESWMO learned that Bayambang LGU stands to be among the recipients of a unit of Rotary Composter Facility from the office of Senator Cynthia Villar as part of the Model LGU award. Sen. Villar is the Chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food, and Social Justice, Welfare and Rural Development.
