Toastmasters Club International was in town on March 18 to give communications training to Bb. Bayambang 2017 candidates.

Toastmasters Club is an international NGO devoted since 1924 to “developing public speaking and leadership skills through practice and feedback in local clubs.”

Several members of two local Toastmasters Clubs took turns in giving the ladies basic tips and a walk-through experience in  “Communications 101: How to be a Competent Communicator” at the Saint Vincent Village Pavilion.
