The local government unit (LGU), led by Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, has resumed the distribution of free school supplies and equipment to the different public elementary schools of Bayambang.

This week, the distribution began on Thursday, November 24, 2017 in District I, with the delivery of school bags, a flat screen TV, a desktop computer, and a computer printer to Magsaysay Elementary School. (The school is officially in Basista town, but the students of this school are mostly from Bayambang.)  Mayor CTQ was welcomed by Basista Mayor Manolito de Leon and Magsaysay Elementary School officials, teachers and pupils.

According to Chief Administrative Officer Rolando M. Gloria, the following public elementary schools in District I are slated in the coming weeks to receive their own set of school supplies donated by the LGU: Bani (440 students), Amanperez (335), Tococ (495), Alingan (337), Malimpec (266), Langiran (230), Balaybuaya (312), Beleng (230), and Macayocayo (257).
