LGU-Bayambang’s very own Dr. Rafael L. Saygo was hailed as one of the young Natatanging Alumni awardees of PSU-Bayambang in the university’s grand centennial celebration held on campus grounds last December 17. Dr. Saygo (batch 2010, BSEd) was cited for the exemplary service he has been rendering to the local government of Bayambang as the head of the Municipal Tourism, Information, Culture and Arts Office, the Bayambang Poverty Reduction Action Team, and the Bayambang Polytechnic College.
