11th SB Confirms Appointment of Sagarino-Vidad as New Administrator

The 11th Sangguniang Bayan (SB) has unanimously confirmed on Monday during their 1st Regular Session the appointment of Atty. Rodelynn Rajini A. Sagarino-Vidad as the new Municipal Administrator for she possesses all the qualifications required by law and none of the disqualifications.

It was Mayor Niña-Jose Quiambao’s “full trust and confidence” in her which paved the way for her appointment as Municipal Administrator.

It is indubitable that the position of the Municipal Administrator entails numerous duties and responsibilities and as such, it needs to be filled by a competent and reliable person who shall lead the office with pride and honor for the welfare and well-being of the Municipal Government of Bayambang and its constituency.

Atty. Rodelynn Rajini Sagarino-Vidad is a person of proven integrity, professional competence and probity of mind. Her current position is expected, having proven herself to be reliable and effective in the management and administration of the municipal government for having served as Municipal Administrator during the first term of then Municipal Mayor, Dr. Cezar T. Quiambao.

A consistent top student of her class from elementary to college, she earned her pre-law and Bachelor of Law at the University of the Philippines. Atty. Sagarino first served the government at the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) and at the National Anti-Poverty Commission.

She is happily married to Mr. Mike Vidad, Head Chief, CIVEO, based in Australia. They are blessed with one daughter, River Aurelia.
