Isa pang public hearing ang ginanap noong January 22 sa Events Center para sa dalawang proposed ordinance ukol sa Joint Venture Code at paggamit ng Electronic Payment and Collection System (EPCS), sa pangunguna ng Committee Chairman on Laws and Ordinances and Ways and Means na Councilor Amory M. Junio.

Ang una ay pinamagatang “Municipal Ordinance Adopting the Local Government Unit of Baymbang Joint Venture Code” at “An Ordinance Institionalizing the Use of Access Devices for Payment of Fees, Charges, Assessments and Other Financial Transactions through the use of Electronic Payment and Collection System (EPCS) with the Municipal Government of Bayambang.”
