Rotary Club of Bayambang Does Its Share in Fight Against Pandemic Fallout

In and out of the limelight, the Rotary Club of Bayambang continues to be of service to our town as members throw their support to the LGU’s drive in response to the emergency situation brought about by the pandemic.

Their kick-off activity slated at the end of June under the leadership of current president Gloria de Vera-Valenzuela was the planting of vegetables in her residence’s backyard, as part of Rotary’s district-wide backyard gardening activity. Several members participated including Past President Leticia Ursua and Immediate Past President Vilma Dalope.

Another recent activity was the disinfection of all classrooms at Bayambang National High School (BNHS), which was attended by Assistant Governor Ferdinand Amado and his wife, members of the Rotary Club of Sta. Barbara, RC-Bayambang Secretary Joan Orbillo, and BNHS faculty members.

The passion to serve has not waned for RC-Bayambang.
