Noong May 10, 2023, sa SB Session Hall, isinagawa ang isang Committee Hearing tungkol sa panibagong proposed ordinance ukol sa loan agreement ng LGU sa Landbank of the Philippines.

Ito ay pinangunahan ni Sangguniang Bayan Committee Chairman on Finance, Budget, and Appropriations, Councilor Philip Dumalanta, sa pag-oorganisa ni SB Secretary Joel V. Camacho.

Ang proposed ordinance ay pinamagatang, “Resolution Authorizing the Local Government Unit of Bayambang to Negotiate and Enter into a Loan Agreement with Landbank of the Philippines in the Amount of 100,000,000 Pesos under the Terms and Conditions of the Term Loan Facility.”

Ang Committee Hearing ay dinaluhan nina ng mga Finance Cluster department head ng LGU bilang mga resource persons, at mga kinatawan ng Landbank.
