Ang paglapit ng LGU ay ginanap sa Caturay Elementary School, kung saan ang mga residente ng Brgy. Caturay, Hermoza, at Malioer ay nakatanggap ng iba’t-ibang uri ng libreng serbisyo.

Dito ay nagbigay ng mainit na pagsalubong sina PB Analiza Solomon (Caturay), PB Frankie Catalan (Hermoza), at Punong Guro ng Caturay ES Felipe Vallo Jr., kasama ang mga volunteer, BHW, at CVO.

Kinumusta naman nina Coun. Martin Terrado II, Coun. Amory Junio, at Dr. Paz Vallo ang mga residente roon at nagbigay ng kani-kanilang mensahe.

Sa AVP message ni Mayor Niña Jose-Quiambao, ipinahayag niya na magpapatayo ng isang battery manufacturing company sa Bayambang, na tiyak na magdaragdag ng malaking oportunidad sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho.
