– Assessment and issuance of Real Property Tax Order of Payment (RPTOP)

– Declaration of new commercial building for taxation purposes

– Declaration of residential building for taxation purposes

– Inquiry on right of way

– Inquiry on reclassification of property

– Inquiry on process of transfer of property ownership

– Correction of taxable area of property (residential land) from 352 sqm of to 5,111 sqm based on sketch plan

– Declaration of Globe Telecommunication tower in Brgy. San Vicente for taxation purposes, in connection with the declaration of real properties not limited to land and buildings but also including machinery as per Section 204 of Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Code of the Philippines. Declaration of machinery will provide additional revenue for the LGU.
