Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao was a recipient of a plaque of appreciation from the Philippine National Police Regional Office 1 on October 29, 2018 at San Fernando City, La Union in recognition of the strong support he has been giving to PNP Bayambang since the Quiambao-Sabangan administration assumed office.
Based on the letter of invitation from the Regional Director of PNP Regional Office 1 PCSupt Romulo E. Sapitula, Mayor Quiambao is considered “one of the awardees (in the region) with the most notable and invaluable support in the implementation of programs and projects of the PNP.”
Among those forms of support are subsidies, fence construction, and donation of vehicles and equipment, among other projects.
At the ceremony attended by fellow awardees at the Police Regional Office 1 in Camp Brigadier General Oscar M. Florendo in Parian, San Fernando City, Mayor Quiambao was represented by Vice Mayor Raul R. Sabangan. Accompanying the Vice Mayor was PNP Bayambang OIC Chief PSupt. Fidel D.G. Junio.
