The Municipal Development Council presented LGU-Bayambang’s Annual Investment Plan for 2019.

Presiding over the meeting were Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, members of the Executive Committee including Councilor Amory Junio, Local Economic Investment Promotions Officer Levin N. Uy, Municipal Engineer Eddie Melicorio, Budget Officer Peter Caragan, and the Municipal Planning and Development Office headed by Ma-lene S. Torio.

In attendance were the Punong Barangays from the 77 barangays and the heads and representatives of the different NGOs in town.
