The Pangasinan Provincial Employment Services Office (PESO), in partnership with the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB), conducted a free Retail and Services Training on July 27, 2018 at the Aguinaldo Hall of the Balon Bayambang Events Center.

According to PESO, the training was organized in pursuance of their Manpower and Entrepreneurship Development Program which aims to “enhance the employability of our labor force and help entrepreneurs and business establishments improve their productivity and competitiveness.”

The training was brought to Bayambang through the initiative of Municipal Employment Services Officer Dr. Joel T. Cayabyab.
