The Bayambang Municipal Library headed by Municipal Librarian Leonarda D. Allado held a series of reading tutorial sessions from May 15 to 18 with the aim of giving local youngsters from 5 up to 12 years old something worthwhile to occupy themselves with during the summer season.

Part of the activity was a film showing on character-building.
