Anrhen D. Todio, a Grade 12 student of Bayambang National High School, was adjudged as one of the 10 Most Outstanding Youth Leaders in Pangasinan by the Youth Association of Pangasinan. Todio placed 8th among more than 100 nominees.

Todio was accompanied by her SSG adviser Raymundo Marcos and principal Dr. Mary Ann J. Payumo as the latter personally informed Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao of BNHS’s latest achievement.
