The LGU, together with Kasama Kita sa Barangay Foundation, ABONO Party-List, and Fil-Chi Love and Care Foundation Inc. of Quezon City, offers free training in basic computer operation.
Classes are now being held inside the container van converted into a mobile computer classroom, which is placed adjacent to the #4357 Emergency Hotline Command Center.
Each training session will be given for 18 days in a series of 3.5-hour shifts within the day, Mondays to Saturdays. At the end of the training, course finishers will receive a TESDA-accredited certificate of completion.
The instructors are Edgar Allan G. Laddaren and Richard D. Vinoya of Fil-Chi Foundation.
The training is open to all Bayambangueños 8 years old and older. The offer will run for three months until March.
Walk-in applications are welcome.
