The Bayambang Warriors snatched their first win in this year’s POGI Cup Inter-Town/City Basketball Tournament after scoring 132-70 over the team from Urbiztondo. The Warriors breezed through the match held at Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center in Lingayen on November 26 following their devastating loss against Binmaley, the tournament’s defending champions, on the opening day.

POGI Cup is a yearly tournament formally opened on November 18 which aims to bring unity, sportsmanship, and respect among the participants from the different towns and cities in Pangasinan.

Bayambang will face Calasiao, another strong defender, on December 2 as they hope to up their standing to 2-1.
