LGU Bayambang Hosts 3rd District Conference and PAC Meeting


The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Bayambang hosted the 3rd District Conference and Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting on October 3, 2017 at the Balon Bayambang Events Center. The conference was organized by the Philippine National Police’s Pangasinan Police Provincial Office and PNP Patrol Plan 2030.

Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, together with Vice-Mayor Raul R. Sabangan, OIC Municipal Administrator Atty. Raymundo Bautista Jr., welcomed the attendees, which included Called Out-Bride Church Pastor Genaro Madarang Jr., Deputy Provincial Director for Administration PSupt. Marlon Canam, Provincial Operations and Plans Branch Acting Chief PcInsp. Dominick Poblete, Deputy Provincial Director for Operations PSupt. Jackson Seguin, PAC Chairman Mayor Silverio Alarcio Jr., PPSMU Chief Mona Lisa Asis, Women and Children Protection Desk Chief PsInsp. Ria Tacderan, PAC Vice-Chairman Edwin Ferrer, PsSupt. Ronald Lee, representatives of the different municipalities of the 3rd District, and other members of the PAC.

Among the topics in the agenda are the First Regional Advisory Council Summit, the Lakbay Aral to be held in Davao City/Ilocos Norte, and an initiative for rape cases. Poblete presented the provincial accomplishments in Focused Police Operations, while Seguin led the open forum.

Mayor Quiambao assured the visitors of his commitment to further strengthen the solid partnership between LGU Bayambang and the local PNP through various forms of support, stating that the work of the police force is “essential and integral to our own work of making this town a better place to live in.”

At closing, Quiambao was awarded with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of his exemplary support for the local police force’s programs of activities.
