The Sangguniang Bayan held a public hearing on September 11 at Balon Bayambang Events Center in regards two proposed ordinances of the Municipality of Bayambang, Pangasinan, namely:

1. An Ordinance Imposing Curfew on Minors from 10:00 O’Clock in the Evening to 4:00 O’Clock the Following Morning, Providing Measures and Sanctions Therefor, and for Other Purposes;

2. A Municipal Code Pursuing A Public-Private Partnership for the People’s Initiative for Local Government (LGU P4) Approach Towards Development, Providing for the Procedure for Selecting the Private Sector Proponent, Adopting a Contract Management Framework, and Providing Appropriations and for Other Purposes.

In attendance were the Municipal Councilors, SB officers and staff led by SB Secretary Joel V. Camacho, PNP-Bayambang Chief PSupt. Cirilo B. Acosta Jr., and the town’s Punong Barangays.
