Bayambang Warriors Receive P50,000 Worth Sports Equipment


Mayor Cezar T. Quiambao, together with the Bayambang Warriors, have received from the provincial government P50,000 worth of sports equipment that the Warriors won after entering the quarterfinals of the 1st-ever ‘Pogi Cup’ or Pangasinan Inter-Town Basketball Tournament 2017.

Representing Lingayen at the turnover ceremony on August 4 at the Municipal Conference Hall was Provincial Sports Director Modesto Operania.

The sports equipment package includes three basketball balls, two basketball rings, two table tennis sets, two volleyball balls, and two badminton sets.

The Bayambang Warriors team is headed by Coach Joel Cayabyab (fourth from right) and is composed of (from left to right) Jomar Magalong, Ronald Arellano, Roberto Barnachea, Vincent Santos, Jeffrey Lara, Jerick Galsim, Kevin Cayabyab, Almario Parinas, Eduardo Sison II, Silvester Padin, Ronald Castillo, Gerald Marcellana, Joseph Logan, Jorge Gonzales, Randolf Bautista, Ronald Arella, and Art Jafter Rebamontan (the last seven not in picture).

Joining them at the turnover ceremony were OIC Municipal Administrator and Municipal Legal Officer Atty. Raymund B. Bautista, Consultant on Good Governance Dr. Nicolas Miguel, and Municipal Physical Fitness and Sports Development Council (MPFSDC) Secretariat Reddy Roland Mina.
